APBS 2023 Registration Fees
In Person Conference Registration
The registration fee* for the 20th International Conference on Positive Behavior Support includes admission to all break-out sessions, the conference reception/poster session and conference materials. It also includes all recorded and On Demand content available before, during and after the conference. Your registration form must be received (not postmarked) on or before the dates specified below to receive the proper rate.
*The Registration Fee does not include meals.

Skill-Building Workshop Registration*
Workshops will be held on Wednesday, March 29 and on Saturday, April 1. Separate registration for Skill-Building Workshops is required.
Please note: Each Workshop requires a separate fee and ticket. Pre-registration is advised, as there will be no wait list for sold out Workshops. In addition, Workshop notes are not available for purchase. Please be sure to register for only ONE Wednesday Morning and/or ONE Wednesday Afternoon and/or ONE Saturday Workshop.
All Workshops are subject to cancellation if minimum attendance numbers are not met. Registrants of cancelled Workshops will have the option of attending another Workshop or receiving a full refund of the Workshop registration fee.

On Demand Portion of Conference
The On Demand portion of the 20th International Conference on Positive Behavior Support will include recordings of: The General session, 24 select In Person sessions and 2 Wednesday Workshops. There will be an additional Registration and Fee for these workshops. All content being recorded for On Demand viewing will be marked with a camera icon in the Agenda Program. A selection of pre-recorded content will also be included.
All On Demand content will be available approximately 2 weeks following the In Person conference and can be viewed within the Virtual Attendee Hub conference platform until June 23, 2023. Access to the platform will be provided prior to the In Person Conference.
On Demand content will heavily focus on sessions eligible for BCBA Type 2 CEUs and/or NASP CPDs.

Register for the On Demand portion of the Conference
APBS Student and APBS Family Registration
APBS Student Members and APBS Family Members are entitled to the same privileges as full conference registrants. Students are required to present valid identification at the time of registration if purchasing Student membership on-site.
Accommodation
Persons with documented disability requiring reasonable accommodation should contact Ilene Page at ilene.page@apbs.org by February 24, 2023 to make arrangements for accommodation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be requested in writing (email to ilene.page@apbs.org is acceptable) and received (not postmarked) in our office by 5 pm EST on March 18th, 2023. Mailing address is APBS, PO Box 328, Bloomsburg PA, 17815. A service charge of US $35 will be assessed for processing refunds. APBS will verify receipt of payment prior to issuing a refund. All requests for refund should state the registrant's name and the amount of payment. All refunds of verified payments will be credited back to the original source of payment received. "No Shows" will be invoiced for the full registration fee. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for "No Shows"; however, substitute attendees are welcome without penalty.
