Join us in Chicago, IL, at the 21st International Conference on Positive Behavior Support as an Exhibitor.

The Association for Positive Behavior Support (APBS) evolved from the ideas of some of the most prominent researchers in the field who passionately believed in the advancement of positive behavior support. APBS strives to expand the application of this approach internationally across culturally and ethnically diverse children, adolescents, and adults with behavioral needs.

The Mission of APBS is to enhance the quality of life of people, across the lifespan, by promoting evidence-based and effective positive behavior support to realize socially valid and equitable outcomes for people, families, schools, agencies, and communities.

Over 1,200 conference participants attended the 2023 conference and we expect our numbers to exceed this for the 2024 conference in Chicago, IL. Our participants include Administrators, Behavior Analysts, Behavior Specialists, Counselors, Early Interventionists, Educations/Special Educators, Family Support Personnel, Parents/Family Members, Psychologists, Researchers, and Social Workers.

 

Exhibitor options have been expanded this year. Please review the Exhibitor Options and join us in Chicago by completing an application. Please note that exhibits at the conference are available on a first come, first served basis.

  • Standard Exhibitor Package ($950) includes: one draped six-foot table, one full conference registration, listing on conference website, and space to post electronic materials in the conference app.

  • Enhanced Exhibitor ($1,100) includes: All standard options, plus your logo in conference emails and the opening slides. An additional table is available for $500.

  • Featured Exhibitor ($2000): All standard options, plus choice of a premier location, an additional table if desired, one additional conference registration, and choice of a Workshop. In addition, your logo will be included on emails and opening slides and featured on the home screen of the conference App and On Demand platform.

To join us, please complete the Exhibitor Application and send to conference@apbs.org. In your email, please include your logo (square images work best), a brief blurb for the website, and contact information to include in your listing (website, email, phone).  A link to register and pay will be provided upon application approval.

On Site Information

  • Please stop into the Registration Office when you arrive so we can show you to your space and provide you with your name-tag and badge ribbon. The Registration Office is located in San Francisco at the Ballroom Level of the West Tower at the Hyatt Regency Chicago.
  • Exhibitor Setup is available beginning at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, March 5th. 
  • Official exhibit hours are Thursday, March 7, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm and Friday, March 8, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, but exhibitors are welcome to be open whenever registration is open.
  • Wi-Fi will be available in the exhibit space.

Exhibitor Portal

Exhibitors will be granted access to the Exhibitor Portal to update profiles and upload materials for their online presence accessible through the conference app and On Demand portal.

Shipping and Receiving

The Hyatt Regency Chicago will accept only pre-paid packages. Any packages coming in C.O.D. will be refused by the hotel and no notification will be made by the hotel to the shipper. At the Hyatt Regency Chicago we ask that you follow these simple guidelines for shipping and receiving anything. All materials, literature, products etc. that are shipped to the Hotel for your group’s meeting should be sent to the following address:

Packages

A handling and storage fee will apply for each package received by the hotel. Pleaes consult the Information Guide for details on pricing. Hyatt Regency Chicago shall not be liable for safe or timely arrival of any packages sent to the hotel by or for the group. It is the group’s responsibility to check on the arrival of any packages and to check to insure that the contents are intact. The Hyatt Regency Chicago accepts no liability for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
