Coaches, Coordinators, Principals, Teachers, PBIS Team Members: Has Your School Ever Made a Video to Support Your PBIS Initiative?
If yes, we have an opportunity for your team at this year's APBS conference in St. Louis! Your PBIS team is cordially invited to submit a video (or videos) created at your school in order to participate in The PBIS Film Festival! The purpose of the PBIS Film Festival is to showcase videos from schools all over the country in order to:
- Share ideas,
- Celebrate exceptional and creative work happening in PBIS schools, and
- Hand out some light-hearted "PBIS-E Awards" (which are nearly as prestigious as the Oscars) in various categories related to PBIS videos.
The PBIS Film Festival will be held during the APBS Conference: Friday, March 26th at 3:45-5pm.
Teams who are not able to attend this year's conference are still invited to submit a video and are eligible to win a "PBIS-E". Please download the permission form in order to see the rules for obtaining the proper permission from your district and participants in the video production (as needed).
Judging will be handled by a panel of top PBIS Experts! If your team has not yet created a video, you still have time to do so and participate! The deadline for submissions is March 20th, 2010.
Looking forward to excellent videos!
