Full Conference Registration

The registration fee for the 2nd International Conference on Positive Behavior Support includes admission to all Breakout Sessions, the conference reception, and conference materials.

Student Registration

Full-time students (graduate and undergraduate) are entitled to the same privileges as a full conference registrants. Students are required to present valid identification at the time of registration.

Skill Building Workshop Registration (All Workshops will be held Saturday, March 12)

Separate registration for Skill Building Workshops is required. Attendees may register for Skill Builder Workshops only or can register for courses in addition to either of the registration types listed above. The Skill Building Workshop only registration includes admission to the course, a copy of the course notes, and a copy of the conference program.
Please note: Each Workshop requires a separate fee and ticket. Pre-registration is advised, as there will be no wait list for sold out courses. In addition, Workshop course notes are not available for purchase.

Payment Policy

All checks must be in US dollars and made payable to the Association for Positive Behavior Support. Please indicate the check number on the registration form. Credit Card payments will be accepted using, VISA, MasterCard. Purchase Orders with a valid PO number will also be accepted. Note: on purchase orders: Payment must have been received by the first day of the conference or the registrant must present a payment at the check-in desk. Fees to be paid by employers must be verified by approved/numbered purchase order. Original purchase orders should include the name and address of the participants(s) and be sent with registration forms. Federal electronic transfers can also be processed, but please call to make sure that the proper routing numbers are in place.

If you fax your registration, please do not send a duplicate copy in the mail.

Cancellation and Refund Policy For Registration

A US$ 35 service charge will be assessed for processing refunds. All cancellations must be requested in writing (FAX and email are acceptable) and received (not postmarked) in our office by 5:00 pm on February 28, 2005. “No Shows” will be billed the full registration fee. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for “no shows;” however, substitutes are welcome without penalty. All request for refund should state the registrant's name and the amount of payment.

NO REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS WILL BE CONSIDERED AFTER FEBRUARY 20, 2005.
